Terms and Conditions of Sale:
The present conditions shall apply to the sale of tickets and packs of the GOLDEN ROSE PARTY brand, with SOCIEDAD EUROPEAN BOOKINGS AND EVENTS ROMEO S.L. acting in its capacity as owner of the same and in its own name and on its own behalf.
It shall also be subject to the GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE OF THE WEBSITE, THE PRIVACY POLICY AND THE COOKIES POLICY, as well as any special conditions that may be applicable to such product.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.
Ticket purchase system:
To make a purchase, the user must click on the “Buy Tickets” button of the show he/she wishes to attend. You must then choose the desired day and session, and the number of tickets.
Once you have completed the above process, you must provide your personal data, proceeding to the payment after accepting the general conditions of purchase and indicating whether or not you accept the use of your email address for the purpose of receiving commercial communications.
Once this process is completed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase.
The entries will be sent to you by e-mail in PDF format, for which you must have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer;
The prices of the products displayed on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT), management fees and discounts that, where appropriate, may be applied.
Form of payment:
Payment is made by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron or other similar cards).
The website confirms your order by e-mail at the time of payment. Although payment solutions are secure and guaranteed by banks and financial institutions, the buyer must notify any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases as soon as possible.
The data of the card used in the purchase will not be kept in any case by European Bookings and Events Romeo S.L.
